Green Kup G.K. is a Japanese company. This page explains what personal information we collect through greenkup.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

If you join the free beta, the details you enter in the sign-up form: your name, email address, where you are based and anything else you choose to tell us.
If you book a chat, your name, email address, the time you pick and anything you write in the booking.
If you email us, your email address and what you write.

This site does not use cookies or analytics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.

Why we use it

To tell you about the beta and invite you when it opens.
To arrange and hold the chats you book.
To reply to you.

We do not sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Who holds it for us

Google Workspace (Google Forms, Google Calendar and Gmail) holds sign-ups, bookings and email.
Vercel hosts this site.

These services may store data on servers outside Japan.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email hello@greenkup.com.

We handle personal information in line with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information. If this page changes, we will update the date above.
